৫. Google Analytics
Privacy Policy

In short: you don't need an account, name, phone number or money to play. Your scores and settings stay in your own browser. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how the site performs and how people play.
1. Who we are
Mayer Dowa (mayerdowa.com) is a free browser game made and run by Apurba Saha, Bangladesh. Contact: [email protected]
2. What we don't collect
- There are no accounts or logins; we never ask for your name, email, phone number or photos.
- There are no purchases or payments.
- We don't use your camera, microphone or location. If you turn on "tilt" steering on a phone, the tilt reading is only used to steer and is not sent anywhere.
3. What is stored in your browser
The game keeps a few things in your browser's own storage (localStorage) so it remembers them next time. None of this is sent to us:
- Language, sound on/off, tilt on/off, and whether you've seen "How to play".
- This week's top 10 scores (damage, how the run ended, distance, time), your all-time biggest damage, and how many runs you have played.
- Whether you've switched analytics off, and your cookie choice (see below).
Clearing this site's data in your browser settings deletes all of it. The leaderboard is only on your device; nobody else sees it.
4. Cloudflare (hosting and Web Analytics)
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. The game's 3D engine (Three.js) is loaded from Cloudflare's cdnjs.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, from which countries, on which devices, and how fast pages load. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies. Cloudflare's privacy policy
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people play so we can improve the game. It sets cookies in your browser (_ga), and Google receives your IP address, which is used to estimate your general area. The information we send is:
- How long the page took to load, whether the device has a touch screen, whether low-memory mode was used, and the language.
- Runs started, paused, finished or abandoned; active play time in seconds; damage, distance, things smashed, best combo, horns, frame rate and leaderboard position.
- Which buttons were used (language, sound, tilt, leaderboard, share, install, social links).
- A short description when a file fails to load or the program hits an error.
We don't send Google your name or contact details, because we don't have them. Google's privacy policy · How Google uses this information
Visitors in Europe: if your device is set to a European time zone (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland), a small banner asks for your permission before Google Analytics starts. It only loads and sets cookies after you tap "Accept"; "No thanks" keeps it off. For visitors Google places in those countries, Google is also told not to store cookies until permission is given. Google's advertising features are switched off for everyone. To change your choice, open the game with this link and the banner will ask again.
To switch it off: open the game once with this link. Google Analytics will then no longer load in that browser (this link turns it back on). You can also use Google's opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser.
6. Other services
- Google Fonts: the Bangla fonts come from Google's servers, so your browser connects to Google.
- Facebook and YouTube: no buttons or trackers from them are embedded. Their sites only open in a new tab when you tap a link, and their own policies apply there. Which link you tapped is counted in Google Analytics above.
- Sharing: the share image is made on your device and goes through your device's own share menu.
- Install: "Install" only adds a shortcut to your home screen. It uses a small service worker that stores no data.
7. Children
This is a satirical game for adults and is not made for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Questions or requests
If you have a question about this policy or your information, write to [email protected]. If this policy changes, this page and the date above will be updated.
